When will the credit be applied?
Once the new customer completes the first paid order above the minimum threshold and the standard return window has passed, the credit is automatically applied to both accounts.
What can I spend the credit on?
Wallet balance automatically reduces the cost of your next DHL shipping labels and other SendLabel services — no minimum redemption.
Can I apply my own referral code?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or the same billing address do not count to prevent abuse.
